Dr. Craig Wilson

Craig Wilson graduated from Sydney University with First Class Honours in 1993. Craig is a previous board member of the Dental Aesthetics Society and a board member of the Dental Corporation Advisory Group.
He has participated actively in postgraduate studies and coursework for 30 years. He completed a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Endodontics from the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry under Prof James Pritchard and Prof Paul Tipton.
He is also a current Board Member of Sharelife Australia, advocating for increasing the rates of Organ Donation in Australia.
Craig’s interests include an obsession with fly fishing and golf.

What is holistic dentistry to Dr Craig Wilson?
Holistic dentistry to me is fundamental. I can’t do anything to anybody without taking their whole body into account. That means customizing their treatment to them as an individual.
There are so many things that goes on with someone’s general health that’s going to affect the dentistry that I do and hopefully the dentistry that I do will affect their general health.
When a patient isn’t doing so well on their diet, stress or sleep levels; we tend to see a great increase in headaches, neck aches, tooth fractures, decay, dry mouth and all sorts of issues like that so we try to customize our treatment to actually deal with all those aspects of health.
Holistic dentistry relates your oral health to the general health and vice versa. To do that we do all aspects of General Dentistry and we utilize allied health practitioners in order to cover the areas that we can’t cover with you here.
In doing that we help you actually achieve sleep, less aches & pains and improved general health.
