In good health all the systems that help regulate our bodies maintain a balance, called homeostasis.

Understanding how various health issue effects body balance, homeostasis and therefore good health are explained.

oral health impacts on whole-body health and our immune system in many ways, including

  • the ability to breath optimally
  • chew your food effectively & comfortably
  • eat a nutrient dense diet
  • sleep well
  • eliminate chronic infections
  • avoid exposure to toxins such as mercury and other metals
  • Careful removal of mercury amalgam fillings
  • Neural therapy
    • injuries & illnesses that may have occurred many years ago can still have an affect on your health today. The regulatory system (autonomic nervous system) can be compromised

Chronic oral infections

Chronic oral infections in the gums, teeth and jaw bones can often go undetected and yet have a significant impact on our health. These have been shown to pre-dispose us to cardiovascular disease, diabetes osteoporosis, low birth weight in children and some cancers

Chronic Pain

Pain is not normal. Chronic tension headaches, neckaches and /or jawaches - clenching or grinding of teeth causes muscles at the back of the neck and shoulders to contract and can frustrate healing and cause on-going pain. There is no such thing as a normal headache.

Dysfunctional breathing Snoring and/or obstructive sleep apnoea
