Financial Policy
Patients are requested to pay their accounts at the time of their visit. Accounts will only be issued by prior arrangement and under special circumstances.
Our practice manager is available to discuss any concerns you may have about payment of your account and payment plans can be organised.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express. For your convenience we have full electronic banking facilities.
If you are a member of a health fund, electronic fund claims via HICAPS can be made at the time of service. Please note that if you would like us to claim via HICAPS, you must bring in your health fund card with you as HICAPS claims can only be made on the day of the service.
Cancellation Charter
At the Sydney Holistic Dental Centre, we believe that:
- Our patients are busy people and their time is important
- We have a responsibility to make every effort to run to schedule
- When we make an appointment with you, both parties should honour that appointment
- Extenuating circumstances may arise from time to time preventing an appointment being honoured We make every effort to honour this charter and in doing so request that our patients provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
We regret that if an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of that appointment (except in extenuating circumstances), a holding deposit may be required for your next appointment.
